KRK’s difficulties increased in Manoj Bajpayee defamation case, court rejected this petition

Meanwhile, it is now reported that the Supreme Court has rejected KRK’s demand for transfer of this case to Mumbai.
KRK did not get relief from the court
The Supreme Court has rejected the petition of Kamal Rashid Khan, who often targets Bollywood celebs through his tweets. KRK had demanded the transfer of the defamation case filed by Hindi cinema veteran Manoj Bajpayee in the Indore court to the Mumbai court. Regarding which the court has rejected the petition of KRK.
Actor Manoj Bajpayee had filed this case on the basis that in the year 2021, Kamal Rashid Khan had called him a drug addict. The Supreme Court said that if the complainant has no problem in going to Indore, then KRK should also not have any problem. In such a situation, after this order of the Supreme Court, KRK’s difficulties seem to be increasing.
KRK spoke controversial words against Manoj
Because of the tweet, actor Manoj Bajpayee has filed a defamation case against KRK. In that tweet, Kamal Rashid Khan had termed Manoj Bajpayee as Neshari and Gazendi. After this Manoj took legal action on his behalf and filed this case against KRK. In such a situation, it can now be clearly said that the problems of KRK are not seeming to reduce.
